Make Up For Ever Lipstick X Sephora

Let me introduce to you the BEST lipstick collection available for all you beauty lovers. As you may or may not know, my make-up skills are extremely limited and while I try to get into it, I always find myself shopping shoes and clothes before stepping foot into Sephora.

With that being said, I still signed up for their rewards program which automatically made me eligible to receive a yearly birthday gift.  The gift this year included a mini lipstick from Make Up For Ever’s Rouge Artist Natural line – and it is to die for!

Not only was it a popular natural colour, thanks to Kylie Jenner, but it made it easy to wear everyday. I began using the mini sample and couldn’t resist it anymore. I walked into Sephora and picked up the full size.

A) It’s extremely lightweight and creamy, making it feel like a lipgloss versus a lipstick.

B) It has a great colour range from natural nudes, pinks, browns, plums, and even a few reds.

C) The shine it leaves is unbelievable. Your lips look flawless without the need of lipliner or a clear gloss finish.

The shade specifically shown above is N9 – here’s a look of it on me…

As you can see, a perfect finish, making my lips look extra plump, shiny and smooth! For anyone looking for a new lipstick definitely give this collection a try here. And if you’re a matte lover they have a collection called Rouge Artist Intense – featuring almost the same colour scheme.

W118 by Walter Baker

Ring the alarm because I’ve found a steaming hot collection by Walter Baker for this season. I’ve picked out some of my favourite looks, check them out:

Baker’s mix of media, cuts and fabric makes this line a must have. But let’s be honest, on top of all that, it’s that edgy, black and fierce essence the collection has that makes it drool-worthy! Perfectly crisp details and pop of colour are what differentiate this collection for the same repetitive stuff we’ve been seeing lately.

I’m extremely impressed and overly joyed by the genius of this collection. Safe to say all these items have made it to my want list. Make sure to check it out on Walter Baker’s Official Website now!

Back to Work

I’m hoping this post will make up for my inexcusable absence; the craziness of my university career wrapping up caught up with me. But now that I’m FINALLY done, be ready for some awesome and creative posts. I wore this outfit on my last day of school a few days ago. I’ve been trying to incorporate more and more colour into my look lately; this light blue basic t-shirt with a leather pocket accent caught my attention right away. I wore it will these black leggings and a denim black jacket. Gold accessories and leather boots… you know the drill.

OOTD: Big Bow

Maybe I’m getting ready to go back to school and I’m in a preppy mood or maybe I just love that perfectly tailored and put together look! Today’s outfit resembles my style when I shy away from black. I like to incorporate some fun and colour while maintaining that class I love so much! A chic and simple outfit topped of with some of my favourite accessories.

OOTD: Mix & Match

Today’s outfit of the day featured a combination of my favourites…

The bright coloured jeans, I decided to go with the trendy mint. A basic white peplum top. And of course, a statement necklace.

I think big necklaces during this season can really define your look and make it come alive. Here’s a closer look at mine,

Don’t be afraid to colour block!!! During this time of year the best thing you can do is mix and match. Force bright colours together; the ones you’d usually wear alone with an easy tone of white, beige or blue jeans. See what you come up with and I’m sure you’ll love it and be turning heads wherever you go.

Top: GS (Lebanon), Pants: Club Monaco, Necklace: found at Winners, Sunglasses: Gucci.

OOTD: Sunshine Neon

Exams are over and the sun is finally out, but even on a gloomy day these electric neon yellow jeans will brighten everything up.

I love everything neon, especially during the spring and summer. Roll up the bottoms, throw on some converses and you’re good to go for the perfect spring, errand-busy kind of day!

Don’t be scared to mix colours as well, I’d never suggest a neon-on-neon look, but I incorporated some navy blue and topped the look over with a magenta crossover satchel.

White top: Ralph Lauren, Jeans Vest: Forever 21, Jeans: Marciano by GUESS, Shoes: Converse

OOTD: Studying in Style

Or at least trying to study in style…

These super long days and nights at the library are killing my energy, but it’s amazing what ambition can motivate you to do. It’s like Yves Saint Laurent once said, “The most beautiful make-up of a woman is passion. But cosmetics are easier to buy.” If there is anything you should chase in the world it should be what you love to do.

With that said, here is me sharing with you my love for fashion and style, check out today’s outfit!

Today I decided to wear these amazing royal blue linen pants with a plain white tee. I finished the look with some denim, some gold and ballerina flats. Simple, comfortable, fashionable… you can’t go wrong.

T-shirt: Ralph Lauren, Jeans jacket: Mendocino, Pants: GUESS, Watch: Vintage R
