WANG Meets H&M

While we’ve all heard to amazing news of a collaboration between H&M and Alexander Wang… some preview pictures have leaked!!

The collection which is expected to be released on November 6th of this year, features items as a yoga mat, boxing glove keychains and a gym bag – we can assume that Wang is continuing to add to his line of sportswear chic fashion.

What do you think of this collaboration? Are you as excited as I am? I can’t wait to see what other juicy details will come out from now until November… Stay tuned!

OOTD: Are Skulls Still a Thing…?

I’m all for changing with the trends and even being a trendsetter, but I’m also one of those people who continue wearing something “out of fashion” if I still find ways to make them look fashionable!

The craze over skulls has definitely diminished, but the skull detailed scarf I wore last night is still one of my favourites and I have NO problem wearing it!

Here’s my look for yesterday,

I kept the look casual for the occasion but used yellow for a pop of colour! Rolled up my old jeans and throw on my converses for an extremely comfortable but fashion forward look! What do you guys think??

Grey Cardigan: Costa Blanca, Yellow tank-top: H&M, Jeans: Urban Behaviour, Scarf: Zara

OOTD: Big Hoops and Designer Track Pants…The 90s Baby!

My look was totally picked out with my 90s blood in mind. I’ve been attached to my big silver hoops and will make an effort to solely bring them back!!

I decided to wear this shiny green sweater with these awesome Vero Moda leather tie-up pants!

I finished the look off with my black booties and leather coat… and of course my huge silver hoops (very J.lo/Lana Del Rey)

The perfect combination for this simple fashionista! What do you think?

Simple is Better

Sometimes, simple is better. I’ve always found the value in purchasing one item I can get multiple uses out of versus one really expensive thing I could only wear once. When it comes to shopping I really focus on spending less but buying better and making smarter purchases.

This look is as simple as it could get. A plain black tee, unique and old-school overalls, black booties and an eye-catching necklace; put it all together and you’re comfortable, fashionable and classy.

Back to Work

I’m hoping this post will make up for my inexcusable absence; the craziness of my university career wrapping up caught up with me. But now that I’m FINALLY done, be ready for some awesome and creative posts. I wore this outfit on my last day of school a few days ago. I’ve been trying to incorporate more and more colour into my look lately; this light blue basic t-shirt with a leather pocket accent caught my attention right away. I wore it will these black leggings and a denim black jacket. Gold accessories and leather boots… you know the drill.

Street Fashion: Simple

In the winter, some of us don’t care about style as much as warmth. And in the summer, some of us only care about staying cool, but for fashionistas with style doing both is easy if you just keep it simple.

Check out this PR bombshell Emily Boland, whose style choice is always impeccable (trust me, I would know, she’s one of my best friends). I fell in love with her outfit when we met up for lunch the other day and couldn’t help but deem her Girl in Couture worthy.

Simple, chic and comfortable; Em’s outfit was a perfect 10! The flowy-wrap blouse featured hidden cuts and openings, while the detailing on her jeans shorts was a great choice to doll up the overall look!

Top and Shorts: Zara, Shoes: Aldo, Shades: Rayban, Belt: H&M, Braclets: Tiffany&Co, Pandora and Links of London, Purse: Louis Vuitton

OOTD: Dark

I don’t care how bright it is outside, I will always naturally navigate towards darker colours!

Today I wore a pair of tailored cropped capris, a silky red blouse and this awesome denim black jacket. Threw on my gold chain necklace, grabbed my purse and I was ready for a day of shopping!!

My necklace did get in the way of trying on all the clothes I did today, I’ll need to keep that in mind for next time. (Which will probably be in a few day…confessions of a shopoholic)

Jacket: h&m, Blouse: Zara, Pants: Banana Republic, Necklace: Aldo
